About me:
 

I work in the area of Family Medicine in the GTA. Within Family Medicine, there are many areas one can choose to work in outside the general family practise, including palliative and end of life care, emergency medicine, and addictions medicine. In the future I hope to work with immigrant populations, especially in the area of women's health. The great thing about medicine is that you can make a big difference in the lives of others through their immediate and long term health. However it is a position that requires many years of study and dedication as well as holds a lot of responsibility. If you're someone that enjoys learning about the human body, critical thinking, decision making and always being open to learning new things and therapies, then this field is for you. Within medicine there are also many more branches besides Family Medicine so there's usually a field for everyone no matter what your personality type and work style.
